COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL MERIDIAN, Buffalo, New York was founded n Western New York in 2001 and in 2005 the local franchise was purchaed by Patricia Collins and Eric Tudor. 

Patricia Collins has over 10 years experience in the brokerage industry specializing in industrial sales, leasing, relocation and acquisitions.

Eric Tudor has over 12 years experience in the brokerage industry, including the past 8 years working in the Coldwell Banker Commercial Buffalo office.  Eric specializes in office, retail and industrial sales, leasing, relocation and acquistion.

Both Patricia and Eric are involved in real estate and community organizations .  Patricia was recently elected as President of WNYSCAR of which Eric was Past-President.

As  lifetime residents of Buffalo and raising their families in the area, they believed in Western New York and decided that Buffalo was the place to continue to live and open their business.
